Simon Grayson
Candidate for St Mary's
Simon is a lifelong Londoner who went to school in Battersea in the 90s and who has been living in Battersea since 2012.
With its green spaces, its riverside walks and brilliant, diverse communities, Wandsworth is the best place to live in the greatest city in the world and Simon is standing as a councillor to make sure our borough can go from strength to strength.
Simon’s time in the area as a child gave him a lifelong love of our borough’s parks and commons and as a resident of 14 years, he enjoys the area’s pubs, bars and restaurants. Battersea is walkable, accessible and open to all and he is passionate about keeping it that way.
Simon is standing in St Mary’s to help continue the fantastic work that Wandsworth’s Labour council has been doing over the past four years with a particular focus on improving our housing stock and delivering brilliant services while maintaining the lowest council tax in the country.
In his work as a digital product manager for a non-profit, Simon has spent his career doing what the best councillors do, leading teams through complicated problems and delivering brilliant solutions with limited resources. He is ready to bring that same focus and accountability to Wandsworth Council.
