To: The Secretary of State for Transport, Transport for London, the Mayor of London and City Hall. We demand modernisation and long-term investment into the Wimbledon branch of the District Line, to increase reliability and stop the constant signal failures on the branch which are so disruptive for everyone who relies on this service.
